Minimum order: To place an order, a minimum of 200 UAH is required. For orders exceeding 5000 UAH, customer data verification (passport scan and identification code) will be necessary.
Delivery to "Nova Poshta" branch: Carried out according to the company's tariffs. Payment for the delivery cost is made upon receiving the item at the branch.
Courier address delivery: Conducted by the "Nova Poshta" company's courier. The delivery cost is determined in accordance with the carrier's tariffs.
Delivery time to "Nova Poshta" branch: Usually ranges from 1 to 3 days. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS with the express waybill number. The specific delivery date can be checked on the "Nova Poshta" company's website.
Order receiving process: A contact center operator will get in touch with you to confirm item availability, agree on the delivery address, and schedule a convenient delivery date.
Payment
Cash on delivery: Available for courier or branch "Nova Poshta" deliveries. Payment is made after checking the order for accuracy and content. The payment currency is in UAH.
Online card payment: Payment with Visa or MasterCard online. Item delivery occurs after payment confirmation.
Card payment process: While placing your order on the website, select "Card Payment" in the "Payment" section. Payment details will be sent to you via SMS and email.
Only the client whose details were provided during the order placement can receive an item paid by card. Therefore, it's necessary to have your passport when receiving the order.
