As a result, the breeders harvested fully feminized cannabis seeds on all bushes of nine strains, while on the remaining plants the proportion of female individuals was 85%. The remaining fruits were hermaphrodites producing male inflorescences. At the same time, the female seeds had 70% higher homogeneity than the male seeds.

The information obtained suggested that the sex of the cannabis plant depends not only on the growing technology, but also on the environment. Subsequent experiments were aimed at finding optimal growing conditions. As a matter of fact, the results of these studies are outlined above.
